Thousand flowers honey 1 kg
The clasic natural honey, without additives and elaborated in an artisan way. It is harvested in the months of May to June when spring is in all its splendor and we find in the field thousands of different flowers. When harvested in areas of high mountain heather is called "mountain" and if harvested in low areas of thyme is called "a thousand flowers". The difference is appreciable at first glance in the colour since the one of mountain presents a dark brown tone whereas the one of a thousand flowers is light brown or amber, that is to say, with an orange touch.
Its colour, aroma and flavour is in keeping with the predominant flora at the time of its elaboration. It is produced by the bees from the nectar of different flowers from which they obtain their properties.
For its characteristics is recommended as a good substitute for sugar and among its benefits we can highlight the following:
- It promotes digestion, increases energy and physical strength.
- It is antiseptic and antimicrobial, ideal for preventing colds.
- Prevents anaemia.
- It has a stimulating effect and contributes the trace elements so necessary for the organism.
- Anti-inflammatory and healing power.
Thousand flowers is the ideal honey for a complete breakfast.

Todas están buenísimas. A mí, me encanta la de Azahar, mi marido quiere la de Romero o Tomillo y mi hijo la de mil flores. Hoy repito con la de Mil flores
