Honey vinegar (250 ml)
It is amber with a certain turbidity that decreases over time as the colour darkens, is very aromatic with a sweet touch that improves the taste of food.
It is made from mead by adding a little vinegar and the whole mead is then added and when it has been made vinegar it is still added more honey because after all it has 55% honey and 45% water.
It can be used in all types of salads and in any food where the vinegar is commonly used. It combines very well with stewed meat giving a very particular flavour to the meat and the sauce. It is inevitable to wet bread over the remaining broth when eating the salad because it is a real joy.
The vinegar of wine has of 5º to 6º of acidity and the vinegar of honey hardly reaches 3,5º.
It is highly recommended as it helps in proper digestion, cleanses the body and helps to lose weight.
