Acorn honey 1 kg

This honey is harvested at the beginning of September in the same places as heather honey, that is, the high mountains between Madrid and Segovia in Spain.

It is an acorn honey of the oaks and therefore does not come from flowers but from the same acorns.

Its intense black tone does not lighten in the backlight of the sun. Its salty components counteract the sweetness and therefore is not so sweet or cloying honey for some and may be enjoyed by those who are not lovers of classic honeys.
